I Love me some Liquid Eyeliner!

I love me some liquid eyeliner. Me and liquid eyeliner go way back since middle school. When ever I don't have much time to apply eye shadow and blend and all I just apply myself some eyeliner and bang, out the door! Ha! I am doing this review because It's pretty interesting to me how sometimes cheap is better, but not in all things people. I remember back in middle school even high school I
